  • Supplier Quality Engineer

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Assist procurement in supplier development and lead quality audit work during the development stage;

    2. Analyze/handle defective materials at IQC, production line and customer side; contact suppliers for incoming defective materials, write exception reports, sample, register and ship defective samples; contact/respond/arrange suppliers visiting for rework;

    3. Analyze quality issues with suppliers, and confirm/approve supplier 8D report root cause analysis and improvement countermeasures;

    4. Establish, update and maintain the supplier open issue list, and urge suppliers to resolve quality issues effectively and timely;

    5. Lead the establishment/update of material inspection standards; conduct quality review of new material samples, and execute tracking and archiving of new material sample trial production;

    6. Use statistical techniques and quality tools to analyze supplier incoming material status/monthly scoring, and require risk suppliers to provide improvement measures;

    7. Lead the promotion of supplier quality agreement signing, set supplier annual quality goals, develop supplier annual audit plans, and coach suppliers to improve quality;

    8. Lead MRB review handling, and track and verify the follow-up of non-conforming review content;

    9. Responsible for summarizing losses to the company caused by material defects and claiming against suppliers;

    10. Handle defective material issues in the company warehouse, and publish and track the prohibited material list;

    11. Report work progress to supervisors, and implement IQC personnel training and quality management system implementation;

    12. Complete the department’s annual work plan and achieve the quality department’s quality goals.

  • Embedded Software Engineer

    Job Description

    1. Responsible for the development and iteration of host computer and control software for automotive ECU non-standard test equipment, covering software function development, logic debugging and version maintenance of automated production line equipment such as ICT, FCT, EOL, aging test, laser welding, optical inspection and precision assembly.

    2. Responsible for test equipment instrument driver and process scheduling development, realizing software control and data acquisition of DAQ, oscilloscopes, sensors, programmable power supplies, electronic loads, ECU communication and flashing; familiarity with NI PXI and Vector VTS platforms preferred.

    3. Use C#, Python, LabVIEW and other languages to independently complete equipment test processes, control logic, data processing, logging and report functions; proficiency in AI-assisted coding to improve development efficiency preferred.

    4. Responsible for equipment and host system interface development, realizing data interaction, protocol interfacing and interface joint debugging between equipment and production systems such as MES and AGVS, ensuring production line data interoperability and intelligent linkage.

    5. Implement software reliability, automated and flexible design, adapting to multi-model ECU compatible testing and rapid changeover needs; identify software risks in development and on-site debugging, rectify and upgrade in a timely manner, and ensure issue closure.

    6. Cooperate with cross-department teams to complete equipment joint debugging, acceptance delivery and mass production iteration, and output software design documents, operating specifications and version notes.

    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, electronic information, automation, measurement and control or related fields, with 3+ years of complete project experience in automotive ECU non-standard test equipment software development.

    2. Proficient in mainstream equipment development languages such as C#/Python/LabVIEW, familiar with test instrument scheduling, automotive bus testing and ECU flashing test processes; NI and Vector platform development experience preferred.

    3. Familiar with production line system interface development such as MES and AGVS, with equipment informatization and data interfacing development experience, and understanding of the overall automated production line process.

    4. Good software architecture thinking, familiar with software reliability, flexible and highly automated design concepts; non-standard equipment mass production project development experience a plus.

    5. Strong communication and coordination skills, project collaboration and basic management thinking, efficient response, strong risk awareness, and thorough problem closure.

    6. Good written English, able to independently read English technical manuals and instrument development documents, and adaptable to project delivery and technical iteration needs.

  • Mechanical Design Engineer

    Job Description

    1. Responsible for the mechanical structure development and implementation of automotive ECU non-standard test equipment, covering structural scheme design, whole-machine modeling, parts selection, drawing and processing, and on-site assembly and debugging of intelligent flexible production line equipment such as ICT, FCT, EOL, aging test, laser welding, optical inspection and precision assembly.

    2. Responsible for the overall design, optimization and iteration of mechanical structures such as equipment fixtures, precision carriers, transmission mechanisms and protective frames, matching automated and flexible mass production needs to ensure equipment operating precision and stability.

    3. Use CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo to complete whole-machine 3D modeling, engineering drawing output, BOM compilation and standardized parts selection, cooperating with the full process of machining, assembly and debugging; structural stress CAE simulation capability preferred.

    4. Lead equipment mechanical reliability, platform-based, automated and flexible structural design, optimize equipment changeover efficiency, operating stability and structural commonality, and solve mechanical issues such as assembly interference, precision deviation and structural fatigue.

    5. Interface with electrical, software, project and supply chain teams, identify risks in structural design, machining assembly and on-site implementation, follow up on issue rectification and escalation in a timely manner, achieve full-process closure, and output complete mechanical technical documentation.

    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, automation or related fields, with 3+ years of complete mechanical structure development experience in automotive ECU non-standard test equipment.

    2. Proficient in mainstream mechanical design software such as SolidWorks and Creo, able to independently complete whole-machine structural design of non-standard equipment; basic stress CAE simulation capability preferred.

    3. Familiar with the structural principles of non-standard automation equipment, with structural design experience in reliability, platform-based, flexible and automated equipment, and familiar with key points of precision transmission and fixture design.

    4. Good cross-department communication skills and project management mindset, efficient response, strong risk identification capability, and thorough problem closure.

    5. Good written English, able to read English mechanical drawings, equipment specifications and other technical materials, and adaptable to project debugging and short-term business trips.
