Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electronics-related fields, CET-4 or above;

2. Familiar with the IATF16949 management system and product process flow; familiar with common automotive industry quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/CP/FMEA);

3. Work experience in large automotive SMT factories, familiar with PCBA industry quality standards such as IPC-610 and IPC-600;

4. 3+ years of background in electronics manufacturing, rich project management experience preferred;

5. Good expression, communication and coordination abilities, able to withstand certain work pressure;

6. Good at analyzing and solving problems, clear thinking and strong logic.

I. Production Rework Technical Support:

1. Prepare necessary rework instructions according to IPC standards;

2. Cooperate with frontline leaders to train operators for professional rework;

II. Defective Product Repair

1. Repair in a timely manner to support on-time delivery of production line orders;

2. Promptly report investigation results so that immediate action can be taken to eliminate errors;

3. Keep records and reports of repair work.

III. Fault Analysis and Feedback

1. Conduct in-depth fault analysis together with other engineers;

2. Identify root causes of defects and take action to avoid future defects;

3. Communicate with quality, engineering, R&D and even suppliers when necessary to avoid problems at all stages of production;

IV. Other Tasks Assigned by Manager

1. Participate in cross-department improvement projects from time to time;

2. Execute internal training as required;

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in electronics-related fields;

2. 5+ years of work experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing companies;

3. Circuit board repair experience, proficient in repair tools and various analysis/measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters;

4. Able to read electronic circuit diagrams and analyze and handle electronic product faults;

5. Understand the performance and failure states of various components, and able to analyze and repair their failures;

6. Experience with IPC-610D standards, relevant certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for test equipment maintenance to ensure normal operation and handle faults during testing;

2. 5S and daily maintenance of project fixtures;

3. Responsible for improving the yield rate of production line test stations;

4. Responsible for analysis of project PCBA defective boards;

5. Assist engineers with test software upgrades and hardware modifications;

6. Assist in introducing new test equipment.

Skill Requirements:

1. Familiar with TR518, TR5001 and other ICT machine operations, and understand ICT test principles;

2. Certain circuit analysis capability;
