Job Description

3. IQC technicians must have electronic component inspection work experience;

5. Able to accept daily work arrangements of the team leader;
6. Have clear understanding and judgment of products to be inspected or handled;
7. Able to cooperate with quality department engineers or lead technicians to discover and feed back quality issues found during inspection in the production and manufacturing process;
8. IPC-A-610 training experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily quality issues;
2. Cooperate with the PM team to identify CSR requirements and control confirmed quality control points, and ensure all identified control methods can be implemented;
3. Respond to quality confirmation and release of new production line samples;
4. Handle daily customer complaints, promptly feed customer feedback back to relevant departments, implement rapid response measures, and draft 8D reports;
5. Follow up on project production and quality;
6. Collect customer-side quality information;
7. Assist internal relevant departments in analyzing issues, support 8D team activities, supervise the rectification progress of responsible departments per customer requirements, and reply to customers promptly;
8. Discuss countermeasures and implementation of major quality issues with relevant departments weekly, and strive to achieve targets;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in electronics-related fields, CET-4 or above;
2. Familiar with the IATF16949 management system and product process flow; familiar with common automotive industry quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/CP/FMEA);
3. Work experience in large automotive SMT factories, familiar with PCBA industry quality standards such as IPC-610 and IPC-600;
4. 3+ years of background in electronics manufacturing, rich project management experience preferred;
5. Good expression, communication and coordination abilities, able to withstand certain work pressure;
6. Good at analyzing and solving problems, clear thinking and strong logic.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in organizing pre-project feasibility assessment, and establish a formal project team based on the project feasibility review results;
2. Allocate appropriate resources for project implementation according to the actual project situation, including human resources, equipment and materials, to provide resource assurance;
3. Develop the project implementation plan and set project key milestones;
4. Control project progress, coordinate task work among departments, and ensure each task is completed on time and with quality;
5. Establish and maintain the project issue list, exchange relevant information with project team members, and identify and track issues in the project;

I. Production Rework Technical Support:

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, preferably in electronics-related fields;
2. 5+ years of work experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing companies;
3. Circuit board repair experience, proficient in repair tools and various analysis/measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters;
4. Able to read electronic circuit diagrams and analyze and handle electronic product faults;
5. Understand the performance and failure states of various components, and able to analyze and repair their failures;
6. Experience with IPC-610D standards, relevant certification preferred.
